2019 Rock Honors Awards: Rocket Loans Honors Outstanding Team Members
2-Minute ReadUPDATED: June 03, 2022
In Detroit, Rocket Loans is a part of a network of companies, the Rock Family of Companies. And here at the Rock Family of Companies (FOC), our team members go above and beyond every single day to serve our clients.
Our team members are passionate, dedicated people who bring big ideas and excellence to every project they work on by sharing a commitment to being all-in on their work and willingness to help others.
As a way of recognizing these outstanding team members, each FOC hosts The Rock Honors, an award ceremony highlighting the exceptional work of our team members. This year Rocket Loans nominated team members in four award categories for Best Performance, Best Innovation, Best Execution and Instant Impact.
Being nominated for a "Rockie Award" is a way for our leaders to show their appreciation for the hard-work and dedication put forth by our team members. We consider it an enormous honor getting nominated for an award, considering that only a select few team members wear this prestigious badge, and winning is an even greater achievement!
And (cue dramatic drumroll) this year's, stand-out team members are:
Best Performance In An Operations Support Role
Without our phenomenal operations teams here at Rocket Loans, we wouldn’t be able to offer our clients with the exceptional service they expect and that we pride ourselves on.
The nominees in this category live and breathe "every client, every time, no exceptions, no excuses." We are so thankful to have team members who constantly amaze our clients every chance they get.
Congratulations to the 2019 Rockies winner for Best Performance, Dominique!
Best Innovation In A Technology Role
Innovation is what makes all good companies great, and we now live in an age where technology bolsters ideas and makes the impossible possible. Without great innovation you might still be going to your bank for a personal loan, instead of applying online from the comfort of your couch.
Technology innovation is what drives the world forward and allows companies like Rocket Loans to serve your 21st century needs.
Congratulations to the 2019 Rockies winner for Best Innovation, Steve!
Best Overall Execution
Here at the FOC, we live the ISM that innovation is rewarded, but execution is worshipped. The nominees for this category not only work hard but prove that there’s more to getting a job done than just getting there. They show that putting a little extra thought into a project goes a long way.
Congratulations to the 2019 Rockies winner for Best Execution, Jason!
The nominees in this category are team members who have completed so much in such a short amount of time, but whose work impacts the outcome of our business.
Whether they've been with the company for two years or two months, we recognize these nominees for their accomplishments even in the short amount of time they have been with the FOC.
Congratulations to the 2019 Rockies winner for Instant Impact, Tom!
2019 Special Recognition
To wrap up our 2019 Rock Honors ceremony, our 2019 Rock Honors host and CEO Bill Parker had a special announcement.
Over two years ago, our innovative team members applied for a patent for "Generating Aggregated Data from Fragmented Inputs" which was finally granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Congratulations to our inventors, Steve and Rodney!
We couldn’t properly serve our clients without our rock star team pushing for success. From marketing to operations, and nominated or not, each team member is a winner in our eyes.
Big things are coming. Thank you for a successful celebratory evening, and best of luck next year. We have a feeling that 2020 will be our best year yet!
